In order to ensure we have fully reviewed each and every brand we market on our site we hope to make site visits to each manufacturer. Having just completed our trip to the facilities for hcg1234 we wanted to report on what their operation looks like, and how they run things. First of all, their shipping warehouse is not where they actually manufacture the drops. So while we expected to see some of the actual manufacturing faciliites we just saw their corporate offices, the shipping and customer service areas. Overall it was an impressive set-up, they keep the customer service center open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, minus holidays. The staff their seemed well educated on the HCG diet and were busy answering all sorts of questions from consumers. The shipping yard was well organized and streamlined. We saw orders come in, and fly out, it was really an impressive trip.
