In iOS 5.0.1 a new hidden feature was discovered. It is called autocorrect bar. Also if you jailbreak iOS 5.0.1 you gain full access on your iDevice and install whatever you want on it.
If you want to make a sure thing, you would have to back up your device by downloading iBackupBot which it will provide you a file. In this file you have to add a specific code and then to save the file. In the end, restore you backed device. After all this process and a restart of your device, you now can enjoy of the new keyboard autocorrect bar.
